I have to say I don't really understand the question.

As I understand it, the Team is having f2f meetings with specific groups at specified times.
Are you asking whether members of the ( say) registry constituency should be accommodated at our meeting with (say) At Large... or the board? I had rather assumed those sessions would be in private, but thats up to each set of participants. I suggest that be clarified with each session well in advance. I shall ask the board if it has any preferences, indicating my personal preference is to have it open, or the majority of it in the open.

Later in Brussels we hold a f2f meeting with the whole community in the main hall to report progress and do a Q and A.

If you mean the Team's own meeting ( of the Team), I suggest we conduct that in public for the first half or such period, then have a period at the close in private. That means permitting attendees in the committee room, as we do in the online fora. I suspect that not many people will be there physically on Friday, perhaps more on Saturday.

That suggests we need a room slightly larger than is needed for the Team.

Hope that helps.

Regards

Peter
