I think we're almost there ..

Having heard positively from Fabio, Chris & Warren, I believe we only
need to make sure Olivier is fine too with the text..

If I recall right, Larry was fine with ver. 8 of the doc. .. and this
text is of ver. 8 with a simple addition of the word 'three' and the
deletion of the sentence on Community Re-Vote and Board removal .. and I
don't think there were any other voiced concerns ..
