[AT-Review] Minor edits

I am keeping that option in reserve.  If the translation is complete and the
document issues no later than next Wednesday, Nov. 3, the 30 day comment
period will close prior to the opening of the ICANN meeting (albeit the day
prior when people are getting on airplanes).  

 

I am monitoring the progress of the translation and, if our target date
looks to be at risk, we will release the English only version.  Given the
fact that our first request for Public Comments went out in English-only
followed by U.N. languages, I would strongly prefer to have the multilingual
version go out together.

Given that we don't know how long the translations will take, should we
proceed to publish the draft report in English asap?
