RT,

For our call on Monday, each WG should have the next version of their
respective drafts circulated to the list in advance. We will focus our
discussions on 2 areas:

1. Review each WG draft list of questions

- Should be a set of "overarching questions" that ask whether
specific issues are being adequately addressed AND a set of questions that
ask whether particular processes "can be improved by."

- We need to determine if the list of questions is
comprehensive/complete

2. Review the "fact checking" requirements (document procurement and
review/interviews with Board, Staff, Community) that each WG needs to
complete before their respective final drafts can be written. Check the
remaining "fact checking" tasks against the timeline to be certain that each
WG can meet the deadlines prior to Boston.

With regard to any interviews that each WG needs to do, attached is
recommended protocols for conducting interviews. If you have any suggested
edits to the protocols, please provide them right away so each WG can
operate under the same set of protocols.

Regards,

Brian
