Thank you for this draft completed with questions
I am fine with the questions: for me they perfectly reflect the issues we want to raise
 
I have a few comments:
 
-  I suggest to add a reference to the public interest in the Area 1 questions (see attached file with marks),
-  in the interview list for Area 1, I suggest adding the name of Tony Holmes who served on the 2010 committee,
-  to discuss transparency, I suggest adding to the interview list people who have expressed  views on the subject in response to our RFC, for example ICC or ATT, or others mentioned in the document.

Attached is draft report. Out 2 background papers are now combined and this draft contains our questions.

 

For fact checking, we still have an outstanding request with ICANN to confirm the transparency documentation is complete. 

 

For interviews, I think we should talk to George Sadowsky who chaired the Nom Com for 3 terms and Margarita Valdes who has just completed her 2nd term as a member. We should also talk to nom com appointed directors (Jean Jaques, Katim, Gonzalo perhaps). 

 

Suggestions on people to discuss transparency with will be most welcome.
