[AT-Review] Information on AoC-related activities

Dear ATRT Members,

As requested by Brian Cute, ICANN staff has updated the "AoC Tracking
& Brainstorming" document to show "completed vs ongoing" activities
and those activities "initiated after the AoC" (30 September 2009).

The attached is still being edited and reviewed.  I will share any changes ASAP.

This document's format (organized by AoC section and containing brief
summaries) may not be the most useful presentation of information for
your purposes.  Please let me know.  We can provide more expansive
explanations of any of these activities.
