Dear Manal,
It was with real sadness that I learned of the passing away of your father.
That it should happen at a time of some civil unrest in your country cannot have made it any easier to cope with.
I lost my father suddenly, so can empathise with you somewhat in this time of grief. I also know that right now words of comfort are of little help - indeed in many cases each message is a further fresh reminder of your loss.

Let me apologise for causing any fresh pain that way. I hope that in the future days or weeks, after you have dealt with the issues that you are now dealing with,  you will find some comfort in the fact you are much appreciated and supported by the ICANN community, who all wish to help you at this difficult time.

We are thinking of you.
