[AT-Review] Sad News About Manal's Father

The Egyptian Internet is now up again, so we should be able to get through via email with our messages of condolence and support.
I have added the Accountability and Review Team to this thread - we all had the recent pleasure of working with Manal on the ATRT, of which she was Vice Chair.
