Thanks very much Michael

However, I didn't make the decision lightly.  My views were well known  
within the membership circle and I did what I said I was going to do.   
The BC is closing down not opening up and it certainly isn't opening  
up to new voices from different places who care about wider business  
issues -- my consulting interest is a minor part of my broader  
business life.  ICANN will have to deal with that at an organisational  
level.

Best wishes and, yes, always mutual respect even if there are  
differing views.
