Dear BC Members,

There is a BC members call at 10.00 Eastern (15.00 UTC) 16.00 Europe on
Wednesday 1st December.

The primary subject of the call is to prepare for the Cartagena meeting and
policy updates. 

There will also be an update discussion on the Council chair 

The call will be recorded and transcribed.
