[bc-gnso] Final reminder: BC Participation in Toronto URGENT

Dear BC Members,

As the Toronto meeting is approaching, I urgently require BC members to 
submit the following information in preparation for the meeting:

  * Arrival/Departure dates:
  * Hotel Name:
  * Contact details on site:
  * Guest(s):


We need a specific head count asap for social events including the Cross 
Constituency breakfast with the GAC on Tuesday morning, and the social 
event with the ICANN Board on Tuesday evening. Head count includes BC 
members and their guests.
