[bc-gnso] Technical issues with Adobe Connect

Dear BC Members,

I just wanted to notify you that there seems to be a technical issue on 
Adobe Connect. Technicians have been contacted, but it doesn't prevent 
this impacting our meeting taking place right now. Please be aware that 
I am doing my best to ensure participants do not get disconnected, but 
if you do get disconnected please just log in again.

Once again please accept my apologies for this technical issue.
