[cc-humanrights] Draft ICANN and Human Rights paper

Dear all,

Please find attached a new draft version of the paper on ICANN and Human
Rights, focusing on the Rugge Principles instead of the European Court
of Human Rights. And also bringing up specific examples of ICANN policy.

Looking forward to discuss with you whether is this is the right
direction for the document tomorrow on the call. Written comments and or
edits in document or email are of course more than welcome.
