Hi Avri,

The presentation is from the CCWP, as are the reports. Marilia said
after the GAC WG session that the Article19 logo on page 1 of the
presentation might be confusing, so I have removed it now.

We talked about the status of the report during the last call and
agreed that we could publish this as a report by the CCWP yet because
of lack of time, therefore we made it an Article19 report with the
current title (Issue report to the CCWP). I hope that during the
working session we will be able to set out a process for the CCWP to
adopt this report.

That is also the reason why no authors are mentioned to ensure that
there is no confusion. I would be more than happy to add all authors
and contributors when we can adopt the report as CCWP report (which
was the intention all along).
