[cc-humanrights] Intermediary Liability

Hi Niels,

This is an excellent idea and we would be happy to be involved. CCing my
colleague Luca Belli, from the IGF Dynamic Coalition on platform
responsibility. It seems that there are lots of studies and initiatives
moving on the same direction. David Kaye is offering good opportunities for
people to know each other's work, in addition to contributing to his
upcoming report.

There was a good presentation about what is being envisioned as a structure
for meeting B in the NCPH meeting in LA. You can find out more in the
transcripts. The GNSO will be discussing this topic in its Saturday
session. Maybe we can have more insights on where to fit it then.
