[cc-humanrights] Mapping table - ICANN and human rights

Dear colleagues,

Please find attached the new version of the table, incorporating the
suggestions that have been received in the last days. For your convenience,
there is also a version in which the changes are highlighted.

This table is a work in progress. We expect further improvements to be
incorporated after the discussion in Marrakech, so keep your suggestions
coming.
