Hi,

I saw the email with a call for gender bias studies in the DNS sector. I
don't know of any studies that fit those criteria perfectly, but this work
by Moran and Bui might be of interest:

It looks at the obstacles faced by marginalized communities of colour when
attempting to intervene in telecommunications discussions, including those
related to ICANN.

There is also _a lot_ of great work on exclusion, bias and sexism in
technical spaces like hackathons and gaming, which might be interesting to
consider?
