[Acct-Legal] Comparison of CCWG CMSM Proposal and ICANN Board MEM Proposal

Given how little time we have before the F2F, I would suggest that we
release this to the Full List now.  I'm not sure any of the Chairs are
reading this now.  We may need to take a battlefield decision to forward
this to the full list.  I'm happy to be the forwarder.

Anyone reading now (04:15 UTC, so Europe not quite up yet) disagree, or
feel that someone else should forward to the Full List?
