Holly and Rosemary,

Many months ago I was part of the small Legal Sub-team that chose to retain both your firms to advise us here on the CCWG. As I've been reading the documents you've just sent us contrasting the Board and CCWG 2nd draft proposals  my initial reaction has been  "damn, we made the right decision".

•         A memo from Sidley and Adler with our high level observations regarding comparison between the Board Proposal and the CCWG Proposal.
