Hello Marika,

Thanks for this and it looks great. As to question 4, I think a combination
of options 1 and 2 may also be a possible option.

I like the fact that the comment box allows to expand on any option
selected. Maybe that would address my comment on question 4.

On another note, is there a reason we are not including observer/other
option?[1] I think the questions are quite general in nature and will be
good to hear from them as well. I also see we are not capturing the
constituency?

Note that for both questions, the charter question has been broken into
smaller pieces to allow for more detailed input, either as a result of
sub-questions that were identified or multiple layers present in the
original charter questions.
