Hi all,

The preample looks great for me as well and I tend to agree with
Daniel on the point of deleting the word "should" which can be
confusing for future applicants. I do agree with his suggested edit:

"Therefore, the CCWG considers the following to be important
guidelines to applicants seeking auction proceeds funding:"

If Daniel (who is part of this discussion) found it limitating, then
maybe someone else who was not part of our discussion can feel the
same, thinking that their project has to follow ALL of those criteria
in order to be considered.

I am sure we will have projects which has nothing to do with "-Support
ICANN's community activities and consensus-building processes" but
which fits into one or all the other criteria.
