Thanks, Daniel - correct, this is the version that was shared by Erika. Based on the cancellation we'll need to make a small readjustment but that shouldn't impact the overall timeline. The current minimum for a public comment period is 40 days. The timeline implies that members keep the chartering organizations up to date and are able to channel back any issues of concern so that by the time the Initial Report and eventually the Final Report is shared, there are no major surprises.

I was wondering what are the constraints for the public review (is 2
months a minimum ?) and consequently I find the time for Chartering
Organizations review (a couple of weeks at the end of the workplan)
shorter in comparison.
I also think we need to find time to rediscuss the preample (I favor
reworking it rather than dropping it), is that already there ? Maybe end
of May/June ?
