[ChineseGP] Proposed Action items before Seoul meeting

Dear CGP/KGP members,

Because the file seemed unattached, I attatched explanation of proposed 
CJK integration algorithm (Yoneya's algorithm).  Please note that WLE in 
step 5 (slide 8) is omitted from Case Study examples (slide 11 and 15) 
because it is obvious.
