Dear CJK colleagues,

Now that we know Prof. Kim will be in Marrakech, may I propose :

(1) During Marrakech(6-10 March) ICANN

  - CJK will have a meeting in Marrakech with remote participation 
    facility.
  - In the meeting, CGP, JGP, and KGP will present its own status 
    (possibly remote presentation)
  - The meeting will list immediate issues that need to be solved 
    and agree on the actions each GP will take.

(2) Between Marrakech and Beijing

  - CGP, JGP, and KGP will solve the issues listed in (1) as much as 
    possible
  - send the result to CJK mailing lists

(3) Beijing?(21-22 March?) Meeting

  - CJK will have a meeting to discuss the solution of the issues
