The 62 Plane-2 code points are already included in MSR-2.

As I understand it, C-LGR has 62 plane-2 code points.
MSR-1 also has 62 plane-2 code points.

The two sets of 62 plane-2 code points are exactly the same.
Therefore, CGP need not worry about 62 plane-2 code points.

Am I missing something?
