Please find attached a letter signed by numerous civil society groups and
individuals, on the need for robust transparency in ICANN.  As the body
responsible for critical functions of the global Internet, transparency is
essential so that anyone who is interested can obtain accurate, timely and
complete information about ICANN's activities.
