* Special Sidley-only schedule: Grace will send to Client Committee by end
of day today. Grace to coordinate with Sidley for all BA meetings.

What are expectations and goals for CWG during BA?
* Obtain approval from Chartering Organiizations
* In order to do that CWG needs to explain proposal in detail
* Sidley can assist with backup on explaining
* Will be key to explain conditionality, so Sidley's help will really be
needed there 
* Also some issues around PTI Board composition, PTI jurisdiction, etc.
