Hi Rebecca, 

At this stage, we do not have any other documentation. This is still work in
progress by the Cross Community Working Group on developing a framework of
principles for Cross-Community Working Groups (the CCWG on CCWGs!). This
group plans to publish a proposed framework for community review soon. You

The CWG Final Proposal refers to ³overall guidelines and procedures for
ICANN Cross Community Working Groups² (paragraph 391).  We have seen the
charters for the CWG and CCWG but are wondering if you could help us locate
the this set of general guidelines and procedures.
