[DT-F] URGENT: Several questions for DT-F

At the time I hit SEND on the report, it was not quite clear how 
divided the group is. It is clear that at this point, there is no 
consensus for Suzanne to be worried about opposing.

I can readily agree to leave the recommendation as is with the large 
and blatant statement that we have not reach consensus on it, or 
delete it altogether, as we would have if the spit was as obvious at 
our last meeting as it is now.

Speak up if you care.
