[CWG-RFP3] Coordination of Subgroup 3

Hi Seun,

I thought Option 4 was captured in Option 1 with "Existing Legal Entity
(I*)".

Apologies if I haven't understood Option 4 correctly.

I am attaching the xls file using which I created the diagram. Please
modify it and add Option 4 if I have misunderstood.
