[CWG-RFP3] Proposed Agenda for 6 November Call

Hi,

Why i would support that simply to get foothold as well concretize the
areas highlighted in today's call - Oversight council and ccTLD and gTLD
sub-groups formation. However, how would it fit in without clash with
caller's schedules prior to the next F2F meeting in Frankfurt?
