[CWG-Stewardship] Proposed Design Team: IANA Service Levels

Thanks for the updated Design Team proposal.

I am happy to participate in Design Team 1 - the Service Levels - expected IANA
performance post transition.

I would like to involve ccTLD and gTLD Registry operators in this as they also
have real experience of IANA interactions.

Once the first cut of the document/report is ready, I suggest it is aired within
the Group
