[CWG-Stewardship] [client com] ICANN Bylaws on Budget - DT-O Input Needed

You are mistaken.

The GNSO consists of the Registries Stakeholder Group, the Registrars
Stakeholder Group, the Commercial and Business Users Constituency, the
Intellectual Property Constituency, the Internet Service Providers and
Connectivity Providers Constituency (the last three being parts of the
Commercial Stakeholders Group), and the Non-Commercial Stakeholders Group
(which includes the Non-Commercial Users Constituency, the Not-for-Profit
Operational Concerns Constituency and some members not affiliated with a
constituency). Your statements belittle the remainder of the GNSO and
denigrate the credibility of the GNSO as a multistakeholder organization.
Which may have been your intent.

On the other hand, there may be at least a grain of truth, unfortunately,
in your statements. A discussion of the extent to which your statements are
true would be quite interesting, but off-topic here (on-topic, however, for
CCWG-Accountability WS2, SO/AC Accountability; and possibly would have been
on-topic for the misbegotten "GNSO Review").
