Thanks Marika.

I really appreciate the fast response to get this final draft ready for Monday.

I do not have any objections about the clean version of the charter.

I do look forward to see how it is announced and shared with the SO/ACs, and for Jonathan’s guidance about how further clarifications -if required- are to be addressed by the DT, and what might be expected of us from now until the charter is adopted, after which I guess our work will be completed.

Warm regards,

Sylvia

Subject: [Dt-cwg-auctionproceeds] For Final Review by 11 September - CCWG new gTLD Auction Proceeds Charter

Dear All,

Please find attached for final review the proposed charter for the new gTLD Auction Proceeds CCWG, both in redline and clean format. In the redline version, I’ve flagged those changes made as a result of today’s meeting in yellow.

As discussed, you are requested to flag any minor edits / corrections by COB on Sunday 11 September. Following that, the timeline is as follows:

· 12 September – submit proposed charter to ICANN SO/AC with the request to identify any items that would prevent adoption of the charter by 30 September at the latest, including an indication of when the SO/AC may be able to consider the charter for approval if it is confirmed by 1 October that there are no changes to the charter.

· October/November – adoption of charter by SO/ACs (if no significant items are identified by SO/ACs)

· December – first meeting of CCWG

Best regards,

Marika

p.s. Alan, as you predicted, it is unfortunately not possible to add line numbers to a table, but I’ve added page numbers. In combination with the headings it should hopefully make referencing not too difficult.
