[DTM Escalation] Public comments and Design Team

Both DT-M and DT-O are having list discussions and both have conference calls tomorrow (Tuesday) to try and wrap up our discussions.  The DT-M call is scheduled before the CWG call so it might be possible to communicate our recommendations to the CWG before the CWG call depending on how the call goes.  The DT-O call is scheduled after the CWG call so we will not be able to communicate our final recommendations until after the CWG call.

Regardless, our plans are to provide final DT recommendations no later than Wednesday.

Hi Avri, Alan, Donna, Chuck, Staffan and Paul,

As we discussed during our intensive working days your DT should have a to-do list based on the public comment review tool where all the comments were coloured after which DT it related to. You should have in mind to resolve all these as soon as possible (and at the very latest Wednesday 23.59 UTC). We would like to close as many open issues on the call tomorrow as possible.

If there are any problem regarding meeting the deadline or there are issues you can't solve, please let Jonathan and myself know as soon as possible.

Furthermore you are kindly requested to give us a status today on the issues above.
