[Exemption-request] Exemption request comments

Dear ICANN,

We find that the public interest is at risk with many of the exemption
requests submitted.

Some requests fail to consider possible external uses of the strings
proposed.  These waive requests should not be granted as this would go
against the public interest and would contradict the whole purpose of the
new GTLD program.

We believe the words above have several uses besides the brands´ particular
interests.
