Welcome to our GAC GNSO Consultation Group mailing list!  

 

A couple of updates:

 

1.       Work is going on behind the scenes (with the 4 volunteers) to
define a scope of work for this group.  I hope we'll hear from them
soon(ish).

2.       A Doodle Poll has been set up to convene the first meeting of the
Group in 2014 during the w/c 6th January 2014.

3.       A Doodle Poll will be sent to determine preferences for one (or
two) regular times to meet (fortnightly) between w/c 6th January 2014 and
the Singapore ICANN meeting.


Provisionally, I propose we meet on the following days:

 

1.       Tues 21 (or Wed 22) January @ 14h00 UTC

2.       Tues 4 (or 5) February @ 14h00 UTC

3.       Tues 18 (or 19) February @ 14h00 UTC

4.       Tues 4 (or 5) March @ 14h00 UTC

5.       Tues 18 (or 19) March @ 14h00 UTC

 

A Doodle Poll will follow shortly to deal with this.

 

Noting: 



A.      A single regular meeting time may be useful as a slot to commit to
and diaries for the whole of Q1 2013.

B.      This appears to me to be a time in the middle of our various time
zones (which I readily acknowledge is also convenient for me, being on UTC)

C.      The above is @ 22h00 for David Cake and it would be very reasonable
for him to object / suggest at least an occasional alternative.
