As agreed during our conference call, the charter-drafting sub-group has
been working on the attached proposed statement of work ..

Appreciate your feedback on the first part of the document up to the
title "Topics yet to be addressed by the charter-drafting sub-group " ..

Meanwhile the sub-group will be working on the subsequent sections and
will be getting back to you ..
