  David Cake:managed to properly joij call now - terrible hotel interne so
had to dial in

  Avri Doria:seems rather balanced.  i think extending it can't hurt.

  Amr Elsadr:A prize wasn't exactly what I had in mind!! :)

  Amr Elsadr:Since there is a GAC call on the 31st, perhaps the survey could
be brought up during the call with a deadline a few days or a week beyond
the end of July.

  Jonathan Robinson:good point Amr. Let's give the day afterwards as well
since it's a Friday and forms a pressing call to action. Nothing like a
deadline to focus on.

to complete!

of with the liaisons before moving on to other suggestions.

  Mark Carvell:Bearign in mind vacation period in August and IGF Istanbul is
1-5 September this means probably no active meetings until mid-September and
only two maybe before LA.   

  Amr Elsadr:I will try to work something out with Suzanne before the next
CG call.

  Avri Doria:the external evant as useful as indicators of  situations that
may occur and need a process outlet.
