[Gac-gnso-cg] Notes from today's GAC-GNSO Team Leads meeting

Please find below the notes from the GAC-GNSO Team Leads meeting today for
your information.

Notes 20/5 Meeting:
* Team leads meetings to focus on planning and co-ordination and less on
substance which is to be covered on the full CG meetings
* Day-to-day work track for London: focus on options A, F and E and target
to present those in London.
* Staff to share first draft of survey for option E with team-leads for
review
* PDP track: consider presenting the chart in London and link with survey
(i.e. obtaining information at an early stage - what more or less is
needed?), aiming to complete phases 1 and 2
* Consider distributing briefing package on progress, incl. update on PDP
track, day-to-day track and link to survey in preparation for London
meeting. Jonathan and Manal to prepare first draft of briefing note for
review which is to be shared with GNSO and GAC prior to London meeting
(staff is also available to support if needed).
* Target for next call: confirm objective for London and continue
deliberations from previous meeting (comments on options A, F and E as well
as phases 1 & 2 of PDP). Share survey for review / input.
* Send reminder on Monday in week in between meetings to CG to encourage
input which are then consolidated in the documents on the Monday prior to
the meeting.
