Hi Berry & WG Colleagues,

 

To me, a "set of principles be integrated into the policy development
process" may be a bit too broad or out of scope. See the actual language in
the Charter: 

 

.       Principles that enhance metrics and data available to better inform
the GNSO policy development process;

 

Would be interested in your thoughts.

Attached is a starter draft of the principles that we discussed in our last
call.  I also provided links to the two original documents that helped to
form this higher level draft.  We will review this on our call next week and
we have added a placed holder for this content in the draft Initial Report.
