[Gnso-epdp-team] Updated language for inclusion in the Initial Report re. Technical Contact

In relation to Action item #3: Support team to draft proposed language for inclusion in the Initial Report reflecting EPDP Team’s discussion regarding provision for Technical contact, please find attached the proposed update to the relevant section in the Initial Report. We hope this accurately reflects the discussion and the different positions expressed for inclusion in the Initial Report.
