[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] Update and next meeting

That's disappointing that they have yet to participate in our work.
Perhaps they're content to delay, given that some of the IGOs are
already protected via the ICANN Reserved Names List -- by delaying the
work of this group, they potentially perpetuate the existence of that
list (for which many of the reserved names are difficult to justify,
in my view).
