[Gnso-igo-ingo-crp] Updated Options Document

Dear WG Members,

 

Pursuant to the WG’s call on 5 October, staff has worked with the co-chairs to update the Options document. The two major changes are related to the “grandfather” date for Option B and the timeline for the respondent to request arbitration or to appeal the IGO’s assertion of immunity in Option C.
