Assessment. It contains the detailed differential analysis of all current
whois output requirements (Registry Agreements and Registrar Accreditation
Agreement) with the target output as required per Specification 3 of RAA
2013.

The analysis conducted in this spreadsheet is what we have summarized in
Section 4 of the previously shared Impact Assessment document.

Dear Colleagues,

In advance of our next meeting, we would like to share with you the attached
impact assessment pertaining to the Consistent Labeling & Display part of
Recommendation #1 (Thick Whois WG¹s final Report).

The aim of this document is to lay a foundation for proposing an appropriate
implementation plan that is specific to this part of recommendation #1,
decoupled from the transition from thin to thick of .COM, .ORG and .JOBS, as
discussed in our meeting at ICANN 51.

We would appreciate if you could review the assessment and share your
comments and questions before Tuesday 25 November EOB, either in the
document or via email. We have attached both DOCX and PDF versions of the
document for your convenience.
