Dear Colleagues,

Based on information provided in the recent doodle poll, our next Thick
Whois Implementation Review Team teleconference is scheduled for Tuesday 04
August 2015 at 15:00 UTC for 60 mins. For other time zones, please see:

We suggest the focus of our meeting be on initiating the working out of
implementation details for the transition from thin to thick Whois. Attached
to this email, you will find a draft outline to serve as a discussion
starter, for your consideration ahead of the meeting.

Our proposed agenda is as follows:
* Introduction (5 minutes)
> * Status of Implementation
> * Role of IRT members and Experts form A?ected Parties in working out
> implementation details
> * Target Timeline
* Discussion of transition implementation details (45 minutes)
> * Overview of the proposed Draft Outline
> * Open Discussion
* Next Steps (10 minutes)
> * Frequency of meetings going forward
> * Review of Action Items (if any)
