This topic was discussed in our IRT meetings on 24 June 2015 (ICANN 53
meeting) and 4 August 2015 (conference call) based on the findings of the
Legal Review Memo. It is our understanding that each Registrar will
determine its own approach based on its circumstances, which is likely to
vary depending on geographical dispersion of customer base, applicable
jurisdiction and distribution model, among other parameters.
