The SCI Charter Drafting Team (J.Scott, Angie, Avri, Wolf-Ulrich, and James)
presented the attached proposed revision of the SCI Charter for discussion
at the SCI meeting in Beijing.  This also is posted to the wiki at:
https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosci/15+May+2013 under the sub header
"For Review."

Please review the latest draft for discussion at our next meeting, today,
Wednesday, 22 May at 2000 UTC/1600 EDT/1300 PDT.
