Hi Ron and everyone,

As you know ICANN meeting schedules can be somewhat fluid, but yes, my
understanding is that the current iteration of the schedule is as you have
stated. As such, I would recommend that the SCI plan on having its meeting
at 16:30 on Sunday, on the understanding (as Julie has indicated) that if
it becomes necessary to change it, we will do our best to ensure this
(though do note that this will depend on factors beyond the policy staff's
control, such as the timing of the request and room availability at the
time.)

Cheers
Mary
