Hi Donna,

I just wanted to confirm that the scheduling of ongoing meetings will be a
topic for the group to consider in the initial call and can be discussed
later on as the need arises. I am hopeful that the group will be able to
come up with creative ways to address the inclusiveness challenges inherent
in having a geographically diverse membership.

Hi Steve
 
I have just completed the doodle poll and unfortunately I cannot make any of
the nominated times because I will be Melbourne, Australia, on those dates.
The times nominated translate to: Midnight, 2am, 1am or 4am.
 
I understand the challenges associated with finding times that suit many,
but the absence of a single slot that might have been workable for people in
the Asia Pacific is disappointing.
 
I assume that moving forward we will discuss rotating times for calls to
ensure inclusion.
 
Apologies to those who have heard me bang this drum before.

regarding New gTLD Subsequent Rounds. For those of you who have signed up to
participate as a Member, please complete the following Doodle Poll so we can
establish the time for our first meeting. Please select all times that you
are available. Note, if you have signed up as an Observer, no action is
